Having aced his class at the Glion Institute in Switzerland, Ashish Mulchandani is the young and passionate Head of Production at Studio Kitchen, whose specialization in the Food and Beverages Department helps him guide the team with an informed zeal to excel. Sanjay Mulchandani, with his Masters in Business Management from the University of Westminster in London, effortlessly knows his way around the Operations and Finance matters of Studio Kitchen, which he heads. With a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Mumbai, but equally with his 15 years of experience as a hotelier, Gautam Lalwani, as Head of Operations and Communications, catalyses the process of creating blissful food experiences at Studio Kitchen. All three of the SK founders hailing from the hospitality industry where their hotels have reputable histories across Mumbai and Ahmedabad, their product in the form of Studio Kitchen becomes unquestionably dependable. And, of course, not to mention, irresistable.
